Arabian Centres Co. raised $500 million from the sale of five-year dollar-denominated Islamic bonds.
The return on the bonds is set at 8.875%, the company also known as Cenomi Centers said in a Saudi Exchange statement.
The Saudi Arabian company had mandated Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Citigroup, Emirates NBD Capital, Goldman Sachs International and Mashreqbank as joint global coordinators and bookrunners for the offering. Arqaam Capital, Dubai Islamic Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, JP Morgan Securities, National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah and Sharjah Islamic Bank were joint lead managers and bookrunners.
