Dana Gas said it has temporarily halted production at the Khor Mor field in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, citing security risks.
The Abu Dhabi-listed energy firm said operations were paused on Feb. 28 as a precautionary measure due to the ongoing regional security situation.
“The plant is being purged and kept in an operational condition to ensure that it can be brought back online in an optimum manner as and when appropriate,” it said in a regulatory filing.
