Adnoc Logistics & Services Plc appointed Hugh Baker as its chief financial officer, bringing in a seasoned shipping and capital-markets executive as the Abu Dhabi-listed company expands its global footprint.
Baker will assume the role effective January 5, replacing acting CFO Rahoof Khaleel Rahman, according to a regulatory filing.
He joins Adnoc L&S with more than 30 years of experience spanning corporate and asset finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Most recently, Baker was a principal at Ellsworth Maritime, where he advised global shipping companies on debt financing and represented DekaBank Girozentrale in North American maritime lending.
Baker previously was the CFO of Eneti Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed offshore services company.
