Stake, the digital property investment platform, raised $31 million in a funding round led by Dubai’s largest bank and backed by an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, as it seeks to scale its cross-border property investment offering.
The oversubscribed Series B funding was led by Emirates NBD with participation from Mubadala’s MENA Venture Capital Fund, Middle East Venture Partners, Property Finder, STV NICE, Saudi Aramco’s Wa’ed Ventures, GFH Partners, and Ellington Properties. Mubadala and Saudi Aramco had already participated in Stake’s first funding round.
The funding brings Stake’s total capital raised to $58 million, cementing its position as one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the Middle East, providing borderless access to real estate markets. The platform now serves over 2 million users across 181 countries, according to the company.
Saudi Arabia remains Stake’s key strategic growth market, where it leveraged a first-mover advantage as the first CMA-regulated digital property investment platform. Beyond the Gulf, Stake has been expanding globally, most recently entering the U.S. industrial real estate market in October 2025.
