Middle East Healthcare Co., which operates as Saudi German Health, appointed Nezar Mohammed Sultan Bahabri as its chief executive officer.
He will succeed Ahmed Mohammed Shebl Elatrees effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. Elatrees will become a non-executive adviser to the company.
Saudi German Health is one of the Middle East’s largest private healthcare operators, with hospitals and medical facilities across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. The leadership change comes as healthcare providers in the kingdom expand capacity and services in line with Saudi Arabia’s broader healthcare and economic transformation plans.
