Apple is exploring a dedicated application for its voice assistant Siri while also preparing a system-wide “Ask Siri” capability, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company is also working on a refreshed version of Siri that incorporates chatbot-style interactions and an updated interface and the upgraded assistant is expected to be previewed on June 8 at Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference, according to the report.
